In these offerings we will explore our foundational poses for Traditional Tantra Hatha Yoga, Viniyoga and Therapeutic Yoga Applications.
Learn adaptations for your specific needs, move, heal and/or bring balance to your structure. Increase Range Of Motion (ROM), circulation, flexibility, strength and calm your nervous system with breath centric practice.
Learn breath work/pranayama practices and traditional sanakrit chanting.
