Therapeutic Yoga; Tools for Stress Reduction

Enjoy a mini 90 min retreat. We will begin with a gentle calming yoga practice which is back safe. Then we will learn some tools we can use anytime to calm the fight or flight response by activating the parasympathetic/calming effect on the nervous system. Breathing ratio and technique as well as guided meditation and cognitive re-framing will be offered.
