In person classes are held at an ocean view private residence in Capitola.
Pre-registration is required.
In these offerings we will explore our foundational poses for Viniyoga and Therapeutic Yoga.
Learn adaptations for your specific needs, move, heal and/or bring balance to your structure. Increase Range Of Motion (ROM), circulation, flexibility, strength and calm your nervous system with breath centric practice.
Breathing/Pranayama practices will also be introduced.
